Rapsodo® is committed to your performance; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in original packaging and include all accessories and documentation to be eligible.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be emailed to you.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device and accessories in the original box, include the RMA form, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
